Enjoy a unique experience discovering every aspect of growing and harvesting, from the field to the table!

Listed among the products of Slow Food's Ark of Taste and De.Co. (local designation of origin) certified, Zambana White Asparagus is a distinctively tender and delicate-tasting vegetable, qualities that come from the particular climate and soil conditions in which it is grown.


Your gastronomic journey begins in the fields, where you can thrust your hands into the earth and harvest the White Asparagus yourself under the guidance of Lorenzo, Roberto or one of the other local asparagus producers.
Learn about its properties, discover the cultivation methods and harvesting techniques. You can then proceed with cleaning and preparing this wonderful delicacy, and when it’s ready for cooking, try it fresh with a glass of fine wine!
To round it all off, you can make your favourite recipe at home using the bunch of asparagus you’ll be given at the end of the tasting.
