Tortel di patate

(Trentino typical potato cake)


  • 1 kg. potatoes
  • 1 glass of milk
  • 8 tablespoons white flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • Trentino Garda extra virgin olive oil

Grate the potatoes then add the flour, milk, salt and pepper and mix. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan and using a large spoon spread the mixture into the hot pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes and serve with cold cuts, borlotti beans, carne salada (salt beef) and white cabbage salad.
