Along the Noce and Avisio streams of the Piana Rotaliana it's possible to fish various species of trout:

• Trota Marmorata
• Trota Fario
• Trota Iridea

The trouts are also bred by Trentino trout farmers whose work is monitored throughout the production chain. Only those who comply with the quality standards established in the Regulations can use the "Torte del Trentino IGP" quality mark.
