The Azienda Agricola Foradori is a creative enterprise, and so is the experience it offers exploring grapes, vegetables, milk, and food processing.
Vinification, fermentation and transformation are the processes, the raw materials come straight from the earth - during the day guests will learn how these processes transform the raw materials into food products.
The experience begins with a walk through the vineyards and vegetable gardens followed by a visit to the two cellars, and ends with guests sat around the table discovering the natural tastes of the estate’s products through a wine tasting and a masterclass on cheeses made from the milk of Alpine grey cows.
Rediscover a natural pace of life and learn how the land can be worked and food produced sustainably and without waste.
